I have a ton of new products for 2012 to show you that have landed in drugstores and at Ulta. If you don’t see these in your area yet, they will be coming soon, so keep looking.
Mousse makeup is hitting it big in drugstores right now, and here you can see Revlon Photoready Airbrush Mousse Makeup. To the left you can see the new Photoready Sculpting Blush Palettes as well. This picture was taken at Ulta, but you should be seeing them in drugstores any day now, if you haven’t already.
More new products from the Photoready line include three new Revlon Photoready Primers. On the left is the Photoready Eye Primer & Brightener, a clicky-pen style illuminator. In the center is one lone little bottle of the new Photoready Perfecting Primer. On the right is the Photoready Color-Correcting Primer. As you can see, Ulta was practically cleaned out of these, so keep your eyes peeled.
Next up, Cover Girl Blast Flipstick blendable lip duos. One end is a matte creamy shade and the opposite end is a complimentary shimmer shade that can be worn separately or blended together for multiple looks. This is an intriguing product, and a good way to get a lot of bang for your buck.
Although I didn’t purchase one of these L’Oreal 24hr Infallible Eyeshadows, I am definitely going to. These have already been released in Canada, and are supposed to be a drugstore dup for Armani Eyes to kill. If there is even a tiny bit of truth to that claim at all, then these are going to be big winners.
Long-wearing makeup seems to be the main focus for the drugstore in 2012. Maybelline Color Tattoo 24hr Cream Gel Eyeshadows are in that category. I believe these are already being compared to MAC Paint Pots, so check them out. I know I’m going to. 😉
The final product I have for you is Maybelline Super Stay 14hr Lipstick. Though not pictured in this display, Maybelline is also offering Super Stay 10hr Lipgloss. I don’t often have luck with long-wearing lip products because they dry my lips out, but I know some girls who will be all over these beauties.
That’s it for now. I can’t wait to get some of these new products and try them out. If you have any of the items listed here, I’d love to know your thoughts about how they apply and how they work for you. Leave me a comment below.
