Spotted: WnW LE Pop Art Craze Collection and LE Maybelline

Standard

I finally spotted Wet n Wild’s new Pop Art Craze Collection, as well as some new LE shades from Maybelline.  I was at Walgreens after my delicious birthday dinner, so I snapped a couple of pictures with my phone.  Check out what I spotted.

There are six new trios in the Wet n Wild Pop Art Craze LE Collection, though one was sold out from this display.  The trios pictured are Hard Being the It Girl, I’m Seeing Triples, Three’s a Party, Your 15 Minutes Aren’t Up, and To Muse and Carouse.

The missing trio is called A Regular at the Factory and features butter yellow, turquoise, and orange shades.  All six trios offer bright, contrasting colors for a bold look.  This collection isn’t for the faint of heart.

I also spotted a new Limited Edition display of the Maybelline Color Whispers.  These are not the same shades that were in the LE Summer display that I showed you before, but six additional LE shades.

It’s hard to read from this picture, but the new LE shades are: 280 Nude Night Out, 285 Pink Bombshell, 290 Strike A Rose, 295 Plum-Setter, 300 Coral Tease, 305 Red Around Town.  I love the Color Whisper formula, so the more the merrier.  I didn’t pick one up while I was there, but I’m sure that I’ll be back.

I did end up purchasing one of the Pop Art Craze trios in I’m Seeing Triples.  I love the colors, though I’m not sure that I can see them working together.  In general, I am excited about new shades hitting the drugstores, and anxious to see what Fall collection displays start surfacing.

About beautyinbudgetblog

I am a self proclaimed eyeshadow junkie whose main hobbies include shopping, reading, singing, and mainlining caffeine while hanging out with my friends. I love interesting socks and have amassed quite a collection. The place that I want to visit before I die would be Greece. I like to read all seven Harry Potter books once a year the way some people read the Lord of the Rings Trilogy. (Sorry JRRT, but JKR kicks butt in my book.) I love art, and use my creativity in many different ways through painting, crafts, and makeup. I love to cook and try new things, and I especially love to eat. My favorite "date" is to go wine tasting, and do so with my husband once or twice a year. I love musical theater and think the world would be much better off if we all just watched more musicals. I am 100% a cat person and, although I think dogs can be really cute and sweet, they make me sneeze so cats will always rule. I love faeries and magic, mythology, theology, philosophy, and psychology. I regularly do logic puzzles and sometimes crosswords. I adore Bette Midler, Betty White, and Carol Burnett. I am not ashamed to admit that I watch Glee. I would like to start making some of my own clothes because I can't stop myself from buying fabric. I'm sure that there is much more, but I'm suddenly distracted by something shiny.
