Today I have one of my rarely seen Fashion Friday posts for you.  This time around I am featuring this adorable Nautical Themed Multilayer Bracelet from the Born Pretty Store.  Did you know that Born Pretty has more than just nail art and beauty products?  Sure enough, they have clothing, home decor,  jewelry and accessories as well.  They have several of these leather strap multilayer-style bracelets available and I just couldn’t resist checking them out, so when Born Pretty offered to send me some products for review I requested to try it.

I chose this nautical themed bracelet that has an anchor, an infinity sign, and a ship wheel as its charms.  There are several black and brown leather straps in varying thicknesses and styles to add to the quasi-rustic vibe of the bracelet.  The charms seem to be of good quality, and the bracelet feels durable.  It is lightweight and comfortable to wear.  The only possible drawback is that the bracelet is pretty long, so it may be too big for those with small wrists.  I can wear it loosely on the smallest loop and I do not have small wrists, so keep that in mind.  My husband could probably wear this bracelet if he were so inclined (though I didn’t actually test that).  That’s actually a good point.  The bracelet is not gender specific, so a man could totally get away with wearing it.  It is definitely a unisex piece.  It is stylish and cool, and I have gotten several compliments when I have worn it.

As I’ve mentioned in previous reviews, the Born Pretty Store is located in China, so shipping will take a while.  It is normal for orders to take 2-4 weeks to ship to the US, and in my experience, I have gotten most of my orders within 2-3weeks.  You should still plan ahead if you are ordering something time sensitive like holiday items and order them early.  Orders ship within 24 hours.  Check out the BPS website, or their facebook page for more details.  For 10% off any regular priced items from the website, use coupon code BBBK31.  I do not get any kick backs or compensation from your orders.  I am just offering my personal opinions.

FTC Disclosure: The product reviewed in this post was provided to me for free by Born Pretty Store for consideration.  This does not guarantee a positive review, and my thoughts on these products are 100% honest.  No other type of compensation was accepted.

About beautyinbudgetblog

I am a self proclaimed eyeshadow junkie whose main hobbies include shopping, reading, singing, and mainlining caffeine while hanging out with my friends. I love interesting socks and have amassed quite a collection. The place that I want to visit before I die would be Greece. I like to read all seven Harry Potter books once a year the way some people read the Lord of the Rings Trilogy. (Sorry JRRT, but JKR kicks butt in my book.) I love art, and use my creativity in many different ways through painting, crafts, and makeup. I love to cook and try new things, and I especially love to eat. My favorite "date" is to go wine tasting, and do so with my husband once or twice a year. I love musical theater and think the world would be much better off if we all just watched more musicals. I am 100% a cat person and, although I think dogs can be really cute and sweet, they make me sneeze so cats will always rule. I love faeries and magic, mythology, theology, philosophy, and psychology. I regularly do logic puzzles and sometimes crosswords. I adore Bette Midler, Betty White, and Carol Burnett. I am not ashamed to admit that I watch Glee. I would like to start making some of my own clothes because I can't stop myself from buying fabric. I'm sure that there is much more, but I'm suddenly distracted by something shiny.
