Bath & Body Works Semi-Annual Sale
Bath & Body Works Semi-Annual Sale is Back for Summer 2016 and it starts now. The Big Semi-Annual Sale (otherwise known as the Big Rubber Ducky sale) is here, and there are a ton of great deals happening on select lotions, soaps, and shower gels as well as home fragrance products. You can score signature body care products starting at only $3.75. Hand Soaps are $3, Wallflower refills are $3, and 3-wick candles are 50% off. There are a lot of promotions happening, so be sure to check bathandbodyworks.com or go into a store to see them all.
Bath & Body Works Semi-Annual Sale
One of the best things about the Semi-Annual Sale is that old favorites are brought back, so keep an eye out for those scents that you loved in seasons past. They have certain discontinued scents going all the way back to the 90’s available for a short time. I totally remember rocking Country Apple and Sun-Ripened Raspberry back in high school. That was so long ago! Cucumber Melon and Mango Mandarin are also old favorites of mine, so I am personally glad to see them back, even if it is just for a little while.
Bath & Body Works Semi-Annual Sale
You can experience huge savings during the Semi-Annual Sale of up to 75% off. The Rubber Ducky sale usually lasts for a couple weeks. I have found, though, that the deals are better the earlier into the sale you go, so you may want to shop early. There is also a coupon for $10 of off a $40 purchase that was mailed out to B&BW subscribers that is valid through Friday 6/10. Use code WELOVESALE if you are shopping online to get the discount. If you are a Bath & Body Works lover, now is your time to stock up on all of your favorites. Happy shopping!
Ulta 21 Days of Beauty
Y’all, it’s Ulta 21 Days of Beauty time. Yay! It’s the most wonderful time of the year for Ulta fans. If you haven’t heard of Ulta 21 Days of Beauty before, it’s an event that Ulta puts on twice a year in the Spring and Fall. For 21 days they will offer a couple awesome Deals of the Day, valid online and in store. Sometimes there will also be an additional exclusive online-only deal. In addition to the discounted items, they have special daily events or demos in the store. It’s a great time to buy that prestige brand product you’ve been wanting, but didn’t want to pay full price for. This time around, the beauty steals start Sunday, 3/13 and end Saturday, 4/2. You will be able to score some pretty great prices on Butter London, Philosophy, Stila, Urban Decay, Too Faced and many more. Go to ulta.com/21days for all the details on each day’s deals. Remember, the beauty deals are only good for one day each, so be sure to mark your calendar so that you don’t miss the items that you want. Beauty Steals tend to sell out very fast, so if you are interested you will need to log-on or get to your local store early. And don’t forget to use your Rewards card to earn points on all of your purchases. The Rewards program really pays off, so if you aren’t signed up, I definitely recommend that you do. I know that I am going to be taking advantage of some of these deals. How about you? Do you always shop Ulta’s 21 Days of Beauty? What Beauty steals are you looking forward to this time around? Let me know in the comments below.
Black Friday came early this year with sales already going live today. There are so many steals and deals happening this year. Tarte’s Black Friday sale started today, Coastal Scents has a sale up to 55% off sitewide going currently, Amazon has been having deals all week, and so much more. I decided that instead of listing them all here, I am just going to refer you to Nouveau Cheap’s blog. She does a great job compiling all of the beauty sales and she has a monster list going. Black Friday is a great time to get a jump on your Christmas shopping, so head on over to the Black Friday and Cyber Monday Round Up that Nouveau Cheap has put together. Remember to use Ebates if you are shopping online to get cash back. Here is my referral link if you still haven’t signed up; it’s free to do so.
Because of the Holiday, I’m not sure of my posting schedule this week. Have a happy Thanksgiving, and enjoy the holiday shopping extravaganza.

I was shopping for outdoor Christmas decorations over the weekend, and I stumbled across a couple little gems at my local Dollar Tree. I enjoy the Dollar Tree, and am often surprised by what I can find there. I always go down the beauty aisle. I don’t always find items that I am interested in, but there have been a few times that I have been lucky. I’ve gotten a Milani eye liner and nail polish, NYC blush sticks, and Revlon nail wraps from the Dollar Tree. This time around, I found a good number of Sally Hansen Salon Effects Nail Strips.
Sally Hansen Salon Effects
I have mentioned the Sally Hansen Salon Effects more times than I can count here on the blog. I am a big fan. They are so easy to use, and unlike other popular nail wraps, don’t require any heating elements or accessories. Everything you need is included in the box. Sally Hansen Salon Effects are usually $7-$10, so I was shocked to see them at the Dollar Tree. I assume that these designs are either being discontinued or are from previous limited edition collections. I know Laced Up has been a part of the permanent collection since the Sally Hansen Salon Effects first launched, so maybe it is being retired. Still, they are stylish and I have no complaints.
If you usually pass right by the beauty section of your local Dollar Tree thinking that there isn’t anything there for you, I encourage you to take a closer look. You may be pleasantly surprised.
Laura Geller on Hautelook
Laura Geller “Holiday Must-Haves” will be featured today on Hautelook. I have not had much experience with Laura Geller, but what I have tried I have liked. These Holiday bundles may be a great way to explore the brand or get some favorites if you are already a fan. If you haven’t signed up with Hautelook yet, it is free to do so. They regularly offer designer brands for up to 75% off, and it’s not just beauty. I know that some of you really appreciate these sale alerts, so be sure to check out hautelook.com to see what discounts they will be running. Just so you know, I don’t get any kick backs or referral credit for these sale alerts. I am just trying to spread the good news and let you know when there is an opportunity to save. The Laura Geller event starts today (11/19) at 8:00 am Pacific time. Happy shopping!
Ulta is going all full court press with the sales this week on drugstore items. Free shipping, 40% off, and Buy 1 Get 1 sales are all happening through Saturday October 3rd. (Omg, is it really October this week? Where did September go?) These sales are available in store and online. If you plan it well, you can rack up some substantial savings. And don’t forget that you can still use the $3.50 off of $10 coupons that Ulta always has as well as any manufacturers coupons that you may find. So let’s take a look.
NYX Buy 2 Get 1
NYX is currently Buy 2 Get 1 Free. Now would be a great time to try out the new Liquid Suede Cream Lipsticks or the new Slide-On Lip Pencils. If you really want to expand your eyeshadow collection, the new(ish) Avant Pop and Go-To Palettes are included in the sale. I really like NYX, and I think that they especially excel at lip and cheek products. If you haven’t tried NYX blushes or lippies, then you need to give them a shot. Also in NYX news (taking a time-out from Ulta for a minute) the first ever NYX store is opening up this weekend. If you happen to live in Southern California, the grand opening starts 10/2 at the Santa Anita Mall. More store openings to follow soon in Rancho Cucamonga, Torrence, Santa Clara, and Walnut Creek. Now, back to Ulta.
Right now Revlon, Physicians Formula, and Almay cosmetics are 40% off. I am definitely going to have to pick up another Revlon Nearly Naked Pressed Powder. I ran out a while back and really miss it. If you are a fan of Physicians Formula you will certainly want to take advantage of this sale. Physicians Formula is rather pricey for drugstore, and 40% off is a great deal. Remember Ulta accepts Manufacturer’s coupons and you can use them in conjunction with the Ulta coupon.
China Glaze polishes are Buy 1 Get 1 Free. China Glaze polishes are $7.50 each, so that’s quite a savings. I really like the China Glaze formula and recommend hopping on this deal.
Also through 10/3, you will receive free shipping on all orders, when you add a $1 donation to The Breast Cancer Research Foundation to your cart. There is no minimum required for the free shipping deal. Once the donation is added to your cart, you will see that your shipping has changed to free. There is also a link to donate more to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation if you would like.
It’s a good week to be an Ulta shopper. Be sure to sign up for the Ulta rewards program if you haven’t already. It is free to do so, and you earn points for any purchases made at Ulta that can be exchanged for cash toward an Ulta purchase. I like to hoard my points and spend them on my birthday and during the Holidays. It is a good way to bring the price down on those Holiday gifts and palettes that I always want. There are also special coupons throughout the year for rewards members, and I think signing up for the program is absolutely worth it. Do you plan on taking advantage of any of these sales this week? Let me know in the comments below.
